ipad 2 wont turn on after digitizer replacement

I recently just removed and iPad 2 digitizer and replaced it but before putting it on I tested it and it didn't turn on. I didn't rip or damage anything on it. And when I plug it into the computer it recognizes it but it won't turn on. Someone please help me.

Options

You may try restoring your device at 1st, or putting it in DFU mode. This "can" be a software confusion problem.
