What model washer is it and what have you tried? Just to make sure, you do have water at the intake, turned your water on? You checked the screen at the inlet valves?

Depending on which model (as in how old the unit is) it could be your pressure switch either being stuck or actually switched in between settings. The easiest way to check is to move your load size selector switch back and forth. If that doesn't do it, it can still be the switch or the plastic tubing going to bottom of your fill tub. Easiest way to check is MAKE SURE UNIT IS UNPLUGGED!!! Then either 2 Phillips screws on front of backsplash panel in corners( loosen till front panel comes loose and flips back. Switch with tube is on left side with a black or clear rubber tube going to a switch. Pull tube off and blow in tube. MAKE SURE AND RECONNECT. If you blow thru and get a little resistance then it pushes thru your fixed. Depending on model newer models have two to four screws on top of backsplash ( where controls sit) remove these and pull forward and panel will lay forward.
