How to fix the itunes logo on the screen?

I am having an iphone 4 and my problem now is the itunes logo is on the screen.if you switch it on,it will show lang,then country,then the itunes logo and it will keep searching for signal.Someone said the baseband is missing.I used itunes to restore but nothing seems working for me.Please help.
