i have formatted my laptop which came preinstalled with windows 7 basic. after fresh installation my bluetooth is not working.i am unable to instal bluetooth drivers available on hp website.while installing it is showing "bluetooth device not found". my wifi is working fine after installing its drivers. kindly provide solution so that i can use bluetooth provided in my laptop.

There will be a particular sequence to install drivers,if they are not installed correctly this kind of errors may occur. check in HP official web site whether the sequence is provided or not...
