Sleep/Wake button unresponsive ( Works on hard press )
Hello, my iPhone 3GS's sleep/wake button is very unresponsive. Is there any quick fix without disassembling the iPhone ?
Is this a good question?

Revamped version of the iPhone 3G with faster processing speeds. Repair of this device is similar to the 3G, and requires simple screwdrivers and prying tools. Model A1303 / 16 or 32 GB capacity / black or white plastic back.

You may not be able to fix it without disassembling your iPhone, but let me explain why !
In fact, your iPhone button is just a plastic and metal part that does nothing else than perssing a sensor cable. This sensor works with a sort of spring, which makes your button to go back. This sensor cable is one of the main fails in the iPhone, but fortunately, it can be replaced, and it's pretty cheap.
But don't worry ! You may succeed replacing it with patience and focus. You can own it by following the link below. I also give you the step-by-step replacement guide.
