dropped iPhone, keypad now enters characters on its own, can't unlock

So I dropped the iphone on a hard floor, the keypad that was open then began to enter many characters on its own in quick succession, if I swiped it to go to another page it would continue to move the page about without me touching it

Locked it, couldn't slide to unlock it because I guess it was getting feedback to touch in other places, the page did jump up without me touching it etc

So my plan is to open it up and see if something's disconnected or broken

Is there something I should look out for?

Do a hardreset first then open up at check the 1 connector is seeded correctly. I think you will need new front glass tho

Ah, I see, thank you. Googled 'hard reset' and got something else

Yeah I tried it. So I guess the lcd is broken? I'll replace the whole display assembly and see how it goes
