Pentalobe Screw head is ground down and i'm unable to remove it?

As i was Tightening the pentalobe screws on my iphone 4s i wen too far and it seems to have ground down the actual head of the screw. Any ideas on how to undo it so i can put new ones in?

Try to undo it with the tip of a cutter , good luck !

Put a dab of hot glue on it and stick a screwdriver in.
