I just received a ifixit for iphone4s battery, but the battery on the back no serial number and bar code, and only a small white label, battery printed text is in Chinese, will this battery is true or false?

The Battery is true and will void an apple care warrenty. Most likey though, Apple will not check the battery for serial number etc. I owned an Idoctor store in the past and we learned a few tricks about apple. For example, If the phone gets water damage, you can open the interiors and remove corrosion and also replace the water sensor tabs, that turn red when infected by water, to white. Usually the people working at Apple are high school to collage students looking for a job. Therefor, theoreticly speaking, the battery will not void the Apple Care warrenty and is a true battery.
