My laptop just stopped turning all fully it comes up with this message
The application has failed to start because iertutil,dll was not Re installing the application may fix this problem. But I cant get in to any thing please help

Try running system restore to a time when the computer was working properly. In Win 7 goto control, system security, action center to find restore. Good luck.
