Touch screen sporadically Working

I just replaced my cracked iPhone 5 Display Assembly (LCD, Front Panel/Digitizer) and replaced it

on my iphone 5 it looks to be working but It detects my touch only

sporadically sometimes it works fine and sometimes it does not. I thought the replacement part could be bad so ifixit sent me another one. I used the guide and replaced it again but same problem. Sometimes the touch works and sometimes it does not. Any idea?

I have opened up the phone and reconnected the cables about 5 times. It starts off working fine then just starts to give me issues. I cant swipe to answer calls or swipe to turn it off. Then it starts working again. I know I have the cables connected right.

its probably a faulty screen. or maybe you bent or ripped the flex cables for the LCD and Digitizer. Also theres this little Yellow or Blue Tape on the LCD Flex Cable. Dont take it off, and if so, that might be the problem
