check the drivers are installed through device manager . if drivers are installed

download the program WebcamViewer V1.0.exe and check with this file if u want this file mail to me i will provide

Go to HP website and download the latest driver for the specific component of your machine and then install it otherwise you can use download VM cap as a universal driver.
