"No Service" after screen replacement...

Okay,

I've seen many talks about this issue and it's troubling and am wondering if anyone knows the reason why....

I've took the phone to a store and they changed the screen on an iPhone 4 (GMS). Phone was working but then screen cracked again after dropping... They changed the screen again and now stuck in "No Service"... What the heck is the problem with this... Why does this happen? And here is the question but for you repair guys... If this occurs with a customers phone that you are repairing, are you responsible and liable?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

If the phone you gave to the repair guys was picking up service and after the repair wasent then I'd bring it back and demand they fix it... I repair iPhones my self and test every phone before I start for a repair .. Speakers..wifi.. Proximity .. Service.. Etc. then after the repair check all again and if something is wrong I no I have made a mistake.... Bring it back to them

Thanks... I've read many posts on here and from what I see there's no simple fix for this issue... How would something like this be fixed...
