It's possible to replace the graphic card?

If yes, I can use a standard graphic card like this or I must use a "mac edition" graphic card?

Can you explain why you need to do this. The graphics module in this system is not really intended to be replaced independently unlike some of the other models

well Dan, i don't know how you determined that but i've changed more than one

Edmund - Did you click on the URL link? 'this' Pietro wanted to install a PC PCI card not a MXM III card used in the iMac's. A very different board!

In addition you need to have the needed Apple firmware on the board.

You'd have to use a Mac OEM or OEM upgrade... you'll have driver and upgrade problems for the entire machine if you don't. If you want a Mac on which you have more latitude in VideoCards you need a full desktop model MacPro.

Since you gave a rather generic ID you get a rather generic reply. Some of them (i5) had an AMD Radeon HD 6770M graphics processor with 512 MB of dedicated GDDR5 memory. While some of the (i7's) got an AMD Radeon HD 6970M graphics processor with 1 GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory (standard), or, a custom configuration, the same graphics processor was equipped with 2 GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory.
