My iPod touch is disabled and my home button is broke?

So last night when I was watching the game and my sister saw my code and i changed it. I forgot the pass and it got disabled, but i saw a DIY to fix it but also my home button is broken so i dont know what to do i wanna cry cause all my 4,000 photos are on there and i dont think i saved it.

well actually you can try to use a application called reiboot which can put your iphone into recovery mode without home button and then you could go on itunes and wipe :/ sorry m8 only thing i could say

Unfortunately it sounds like you may be in a bit of hot water. The only proper way around a disabled iPod is to restore it. This will wipe all data. Its always important to have a regular backup. And if its really important, a backup of your backup of that backup stored off site.

Im not positive that iTunes will let you restore it unless you put it in recovery mode or DFU mode. Both of these would require the home button working. The home button itself is very inexpensive and not too difficult to replace. See the guides here

and this is why i dont f*ck with Apple. i had to buy a whole new device because i called apple and they said i had to pay 15 bucks to know how to fix my ipod. so ridiculous. switched to Galaxy and has had absolutely NO issues. forget apple :)

Don't worry, first ask your sister what is the pass code, then go on settings and set a on screen home button.
