Change LCD and backlight ic, still black screen when powered on

I broke the screen on my iPhone, then replaced it and now the apple logo pops up for a split second then then screen goes black but still boots up. So I changed the backlight ic and still have the issue. I have also replaced the battery. I Am at a loss to what the problem may be. I have fixed many iPhones as I am a cell phone repair tech but this one has me stumped. What else can I try?

I've seen this issue before. Can you post a picture of the LCD pins and surrounding components. Ill tell you what to do. You can try emailing me for faster response. Just go to my website.

kodyclarence, consider changing the coil as well since you already changed the IC
