black screen after dropping it, hard reboot didn't work

I dropped my iphone 4s from my pocket onto the tiled floor in the kitchen. It landed on the case's back but not being a very helpful case it didn't do anything to protect it apparently. I tried doing a hard reboot and it didn't work. When I plug it into the charger it still vibrates saying that it's charging. Before I tried to do the hard reboot Siri was also still working, but I think at some point I managed to turn off my phone while trying to do the reboot. I've been trying to turn it back on but I'm unable to tell if it is or not. I know the phone is charged because this just happened and I had it on charge since around eleven last night.

Please help, I cracked my screen not a month ago and my dad kindly got it fixed somewhere cheap. He and I don't feel confident about fixing it ourselves. I haven't brought this to his attention yet, and I haven't told my mom either, I really would like to know if there is a way that if I left it alone it would sort itself out? If not besides fixing it ourselves what would be something we could do? Thank you so much for helping me with this! :)

The Display LCD Connector has simply come loose from the Logic Board. Carefully press it back down into place. If you take it back to the repair place, they should do it for free because they most likely did not properly cushion the connector during their repair.

Yeah my dad wound up going to the I store and they wouldn't fix it because it had had the screen fixed somewhere else and aparently was a replaced with the wrong color white. So when he left he found a store in the same mall and they replaced fixed it for $27 and they said the same thing about the LCD Connector. He got me a good case that will protect it more. Thanks for your help :)
