The progress bar freezes at 60 % and nothing more

I try to update/Restore my iPad 2, but I'm with something went wrong. Durring the restore it freezes at 60 % maybe and it's not going more. I've tryed:

1: PC Reboot

2: DFU Mode/Recovery Mode the iPad (The same)

3: Changing the USB Ports

4: Fixing the Hosts file

5: Trying with older IPSW (Again nothing)

Nothing works, I am now with tied hands... Anybody has a solution for this ?
