Where does the two spacers go on the 1997's rear wheel?

One looks like a donut and the other looks like a top hat, when I took off the wheel everything just flew off so yeah.

Leroyce Mitchell, looks like a bearing and a coupling or sleeve. Hard to see unless you post a side view of your parts. Check the explosion drawing for a better idea of how it all is suppose to get back together. Hope this helps, good luck.
