How to uninstall a bracket on this compaq motherboard

i have a bracket that i brokes the pins on the sides that hold it in now when u look there for 4 white buttons dont know how to get it off of board to replace with exact one please help this is the image

post a picture from the backside of the board as well. I think they are just press fits. What model computer are we looking at?

Todd Miller, looks like the standoffs

just need to be squeezed with a pair of needle nose pliers just like this

and then pulled out from the front. Somewhat difficult to see the detail. Once you remove those, you replace the holder and the heatsink/fan. If you can tell us which model Compaq this is out of, we might even find you the right part.
