What does this look like to you?

i got this iPhone for repair and it won't respond to anything, literally anything!

Not when charging not when connecting to iTunes or holding the the power and home together

So i thought it was the motherboard and i found a little brown spot on one of the chips(in the picture next to sim tray)

Can anyone help maybe seeing a defect or something because i'm clueless

guy, the two IC's that have some stain on them are the Gyro and the Accelerometer. Possible but unlikely that those are the reason why your phone is not working. I would clean the board with isopropyl alcohol and re-evaluate for missing components. Possibly that this is a liquid damaged board. Try a new battery and a new dock connector and see what you get.
