LCD Replacement with white glow

Hello All,

I have a question... I've replaced many iphone 4 and 4S screens... I noticed that a few times after putting the replacement screen on the phone and turning the phone on I get a white glow around some of the edges... Anyone knows how to get rid of that? Or what the cause is? I know I didn't touch the LCD so don't think its from my fingers...
