Screen flickering, no cable to sync with for reset

So i was using my ipod then put it in my pocket i took it back out and the screen was flickering bright white stripes, and there is black LCD marks inside plus cracking to the glass its actull touch function works fine, i cant reset it as i have no cable for sync with itunes (i use docking station) HELP! :(

Sounds like you have cracked the glass and the LCD .. There's no way to reset this you will have to buy a new screen if you want the marks away thanks
