Can I connect 3rd party lcd to MacBook logic board?

For psychology experiment,

I need very fast monitor with OSX (120hz, 1ms response time).

So I guess if possible, I'll connect very fase lcd pannel to MacBook Pro logic board with Geforce Card.

Is it might be possible?

Boy your pushing it here ;-} Not that simple

First the displays ability to alter it's image is a function on it's type, interleaved or progressive scan (the little i & p in HD displays) progressive being the faster Wikipedia Info. As well as the speed 240 Hz being the fastest I've seen for regular HD displays PC Mag info. Then you need to have a video output that can push the display. As far as I know the mini display port should be OK here for what you need Mac World info.

And lastly, the rate of what the video is stored and the application which is used ability to run at the rate you need to use. That is were you'll need to do some research. Bottom-line your Mac hardware should be workable.
