Won't charge, but boots up when plugged in

Hi there. We have recently been given an iPhone 4S to repair that wouldn't charge. We replaced the dock connector, but no success, so replaced the battery as well but still no luck. The board looks ok. The phone will boot up when plugged into a computer.

The phone is running iOS 6.1.1 and is jailbroken. Any ideas?

iPhone GP, this could be a dock connector issue. Replace that first. Use this guide for it. The part is availableright here You could check the USB power fuses as well as check the USB Power IC and see if it looks charred.burned etc. Hope this helps, good luck.
