After Screen Replaced, keeps searching help?

Hi Kane here,

I have recently replaced an LCD Screen in an iPhone 4S

All is working fine apart from the phone will not recognise the Sim Card at all, it says searching up the top, even if there is no sim card still says searching!!!??????!?!?!?!???

Tried all Date and Time methods with noting working.

Tried to restore it as the next step and would get half way then errors out with -1.

What i think is the problem is this little black resistor looking thingy that is missing on mine,

So my question is can i replace this or solder across the connections or some way to fix this?
