How can I change the LCD connector and the LCD logic board?

iPhone 3GS, get wet. I Dry it, and went into rice for about a week. Funtions OK, but the LCD dont display anything. I open and found that the LCD connector and the LCD Logic board had some pins burned.

How can I change, the LCD connector and, the LCD Logic board connector?
