when i connect my ipod nano second generation my comp can't see it amd it's impossible to send music to ipod ? what can i do ?

Try changing to a different USB port, that failing change your connection cord. You will not be able to do anything until the computer can see the device.

you will need iTunes (there are others but this is the original one to use).
