GPS quirky following 4S screen replacement

Following a screen replacement I have noticed what I think might be a change in calibration of the GPS; I use RunKeeper and suddenly my routine morning run seems to have stretched in length and increased in pace! I would love to take credit for my increased performance, but somehow I doubt this is the case--not sure what to do here--any advice?
