works perfectly well with viber, not with the actual phone app

I have the same problem. The microphone works perfectly well with viber, however, not with the actual iPhone phone app. Does anybody have an idea how to fix this problem? It seems to be a faulty software setting and not a problem with the microphone…

Options

Bob Daniel, replace the dock connector. It contains the mic you use for your calls. Hope this helps, good luck.
