Why does my iPhone only have a white screen

I had a broken screen, so I decided to use a new midframe, screen, back, and battery. I only get a white screen. The home button appears to work, and the ring vibrate seems to work. Nothing else happens.

Hard reset hold power and home button at same time til the apple logo appers .

Hard start and restore, neither worked. Could the color plateing on the inner frame be interfereing with a ground?
