I need to replace the speaker

The speakers on my iPhone 3G suddenly stopped working and after trying several cleaning tricks and reboot and restore I think its the hardware and I need to replace the speakers. I am looking for a step-by-step guide that will help me replace the speakers. Right now my phone is in a permanent vibrate mode. Please help. Thanks

I have already checked them out. However none of them talks about replacing the speaker. I cannot hear my phone ring at all of put it in speaker-phone mode. The speaker is busted and I am looking for instructions to help me replace it

If you can't rewire speakers without more detailed directions you should have someone else do the repair.
