Screen will not turn on at all!

I had this 4S come in for a screen repair. We replaced the screen, and a week later the customer comes back in saying the screen went out. I checked the phone out, it gets calls but the LCD won't light up. No biggie, tested out a new screen and re did the repair, but the screen still won't light up!

I must have went through at least 5 WORKING screens, but once they are installed they don't work. Even when I pretest the screen on the phone itself(remove back and disconnect the cables), it won't work.

I restored the phone and it worked for about 2 minutes, then I saw RED lines across the top, a few seconds later the LCD started going out.

Now the weirdest part is the LCD's that don't work on this particular phone, work fine on other devices, even the one that started flashing lines and went out.

I'm just stumped, I've repaired hundreds of these phones and have never seen this happen before

Answer this question I have this problem too
