Can logic board be relaced with an Intel board--and cost?
Practical to replace logic board rather than purchase new laptop? The case is in excellent shape.

Hi! If your question is whether a G4 board can be replaced with or upgraded to an Intel board, then no, that is not possible with any Mac laptop. G4 iBooks and PowerBooks cannot be upgraded to Intel boards. If you have a 13" white MacBook, then you already have an Intel processor.

Can you clarify what computer you have. A 13" MacBook is an intel unit but a G4 would be a 12 or 15" iBook. Please check on the bottom of the computer or under the battery for model number. This will allow us to answer your question fully. Ralph
