teardown need magnet placement

i found a small round magnet attached to vibration motor , not sure if it goes there because i dont see it in any of the pictures or teardowns . i cant find any info as to where it should go. my experience said it should be around vibration because of this is what makes the motor vibrate. please help iphone a1241
