My trackpad needs to be cleaned,procedure to do

I have a macbook pro 13"unibody 2009 model,problem is the trackpad gets stuck and does not perform what should I do,can I open it up and clean it if so kindly guide me please.I am from INDIA,THANK YOU.NARAYANAN LAKSHMANAN
