How do you fix a disabled I phone 4?

'''I have had an iphone for 2 years now. my friend locked it up and now it says "iphone disabled connect to iToons". i don't know how to do it and my sis has already tried this and couldn't figure this out. i also dont know how to get to DFU mode so i need step by step ways to do this... ever little step... can you please help me?:) "

alex, try to go into DFU Mode and restore. DFU Mode Connect your iPhone to your computer Turn your iPhone Off Press and hold the power button for 3 Seconds While continuing to hold the Power button, press the home button as well for 10 seconds Keep holding down the home button, release the power button for another 10 seconds iTunes should now detect the iPhone in recovery mode, press OK, and restore your iPhone. Now you can release the buttons. If you have not reached this point, then you have not entered DFU Mode. Check this video to see how to do it. Hope this helps, good luck.
