just bought this item online no sound or sound for the headset. the face plate was changed to white. probably means it was dropped alot in the process of changing the face plate the speaker got messed up somehow. help please dont know what to do

Look inside. If the speaker is missing, then that is a problem. Also, check if the headphone jack has anything in it. If it does, that can cause problems.

how do you look inside without breaking face plate?

Display shows song is playing but no sound. Tried different headphones that know work but still no sound. The jack connection good. Has always worked fine up 'til now.
Any suggestions?
