L8 is an inductor. It does have values of 800MHZ-100MA-27PF 0603 . You should find it either at Mouser.com or Digikey.com.

C485 is a capacitor 1UF 10% 6.3V in a 402 package. Again, you should find it at the before mentioned places.

L8 and C485 are part of your VGA CAMERA circuit

Total cost for the parts should only be a few dollars, but to replace it, you will need some good tools and great skills. Your board looks like it took a "bad hit" at L8. Hope this helps, good luck.

They're called solder joints, and they probably are needed. Also, I think you may have ripped your battery connector out.
