Replaced Display assembly - phone not working

I followed the instructions to replace the display assembly and put everything back together again. The phone will not power on unless plugged in to A/C power outlet, I can not get a cellular signal, nor a wi-fi signal, there is no sound either. What did I do wrong? BTW. This is an iPhone 4S
