Freezing issue at springboard or set up.

Hello,

I have an iPad 1st Gen 3G model which no matter what I do it freezes after starting up at the springboard and reboots. Or freezes on the iOS 5 set up and reboots.

History:

- The iPad was received with a blues-creen issue and another issue where it refused to stay on even when plugged to power and didn't take a charge.

-I replaced the LCD as it had a huge black bar in the middle.

- I replaced the battery which stopped the power issue and allowed it to power on normally and charge normally.

I am baffled as to why it freezes like this. Anyone have any ideas?
