Hi, I've got an iPod touch 4th gen 8gb. I did a charge dock replacement and now there is no sound except from the headphones. I've replaced the internal speaker and headphone jack. I've reseated the speaker like 3 times. Anyone heard of this?

Sounds like you have a bad solder point on one of the speaker wires. Have you tried holding down or gently wiggling the wires while a song is playing. And the obvious, turning up the volume?
