Repaired the iPhone's home button which i had to take the lcd display out beforehand and now after reassemble notification centre will not pull down, doesn't even register it. So went back in and ensured both digitizer and lcd cables were not pinched and still has the same problem. Any ideas?

Go to settings and make sure notifications is turned on. Or go into an app and turn the phone sideways and try pulling it down from the side!

How do we make it work outside of that application? It's frustrating to only have access from another app when the phone is turned on its side.
