The computer ask to be power off after a brief time?

After reinstalling the operating system the computer ask to be power of and doesn't let you do anything after that.

Another weird thing is that the original system was in Spanish and even after formatting and reinstalling the operating system the fresh install operating system comes out in Spanish again.

I even reset the PRAM before doing anything and after booting with the OS X installation CD everything comes in Spanish.

I've never seen anything like this.

One last resource I'm going to try is removing the hard drive and formatting it on another system.

Please give me the information on your installation disk. Part #, color of the disk and what system it is. Also where did it come from?

What OS are you using?

Normally as part of set up assistant it asks you to choose the system language. OR Go into the System Preferences and check the International and keyboard preferences.

Good Luck,

N.
