I have a Western Digital 750gb external hard drive. I am looking to upgrade my Xbox 360 white model. Will my WD hard drive be compatible with an Xbox?

The primary issue with upgrading an Xbox harddrive yourself is that of firmware; see this PCWorld article for some more information.
