replaced battery,turns on only when connected to power&no signal

hi,

recently i tried to replace my iphone battery while doing that the new battery connecter clip broke up and i installed my old previous battery which i was using.after that my iphone dint not turned on and when i tried to connect and charge, it turned on with no signal and when i removed the power supply of the charger its again off.what is the solution for this .

Options

If the clip is broke on the mother board it will need soldered best bet is to buy a new battery. For the service just make sure time and date are correct!
