iPod will not power on after screen replacement

I have replaced a ton of screens but lately I have ran into a few that after replacement they will not power on at all. I noticed on this one that I'm working on now in particular has some microscopic jumpers or something that came off of the logic board. When I separated the metal plate and the logic board there was some clear adhesive attached that pulled these small jumpers off. They are so tiny that I don't think there is any way to get them back on. Any tips would be appreciated please.
