A1237 Logic Board Compatibility to A1304

Dear Sir,

I had A1304 2.13GHz MacBook Air but LB burned out. Can I install A1237 logicboard to A1304 case? are they fully compatible?

Unfortunately, the logic boards are not cross-compatible as far as I know.
