During restore error 3014 pops out..

I was trying to jailbreak my ipod(4th generation) today. I do the restore step but error just pop out, it said "unknown error 3014".

So I search on internet the way to fix this error, I try many ways but all of them didn't seem to work.. include the something something mode... and some people said change a cable or change a computer but for now I only have one computer and one cable...

I also try to download firmware 6.1.3, but error pops out again..

Oh, and, my computer works in windows7...

And I try a way that said I need to go to windows\system32\~~~\etc and add some words in to host

but I couldn't save it...

Somebody please help me out!
