How to install dual hard drives, solid state drive and Serial ATA?

I want to know if I can install dual Hard Drives in a late 2012 27 inch iMac, the original Serial ATA and upgrade it with a Solid State Hard Drive. All the information I found talks about changing the SATA by the SSD but I want to know if I can install both.
