My iPod screen is loose after repair

I just recently replaced my ipod touch lcd screen. The screen was a bit loose so I put a tiny bit of pressure on it to try and get it in left half of the screen turned white but still works it does not look cracked so idk if its a cable but please help

Try reseating the cable. Sounds as though the area was not prepped very well for the new display assembly.
